Validate Your Land
We assist in the land verification process to ensure that your respective property is verified and mapped/registered onto your Ardhisasa’s property section within the shortest duration of time.
Status On Land
We undertake instructions on land searches from clients who wish to find out the current status of their land i.e ownership details and any other interest and/or encumbrance that may have been registered on their property.
Conversion
We offer conversion services to clients who hold old titles under the old repealed (repugnant) land registration systems to conform to the new current land regime (Land Registration Act No. 12 of 2012).
Sectional Titles
We assist in the process of converting long term Leases into Sectional Titles in line with the Sectional Properties Act and the Directive by the Government.
