The services covers all properties that are duly alienated and registered and recognized by the lands offices that have title deeds, leases, certificate of titles and certificate of leases.

Yes, we charge a fee of ksh.100 for registration on our platform and each service requested has a different charge.

  • Status on land costs Kshs.2,000.
